Born in CARACAS, VENEZUELA on December 1, 1955
Graduated in ECONOMICS (specializing in Corporate Finance) from the GUGLIELMO MARCONI UNIVERSITY OF ROME, she has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Turin under no. 2764 since November 6, 2003, and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since May 13, 2008.
She serves as Statutory Auditor/Auditor for major Italian companies.
She provides tax and corporate consulting services, extraordinary transactions, and international taxation.
She has also gained experience in tax litigation, business valuation, and the preparation of appraisal reports in the context of extraordinary finance transactions.
Since 2012, she has been collaborating with Italian Chambers of Commerce located abroad in order to acquire skills and knowledge of foreign markets and assist clients interested in investing in new markets and countries.
He is currently Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates.
