Simplified SRL

A simplified SRL is a legal entity equivalent to a standard SRL, but its incorporation requires the subscription of a minimum and symbolic share capital of €1. Another key difference is the elimination of public deed provisions, which results in significant savings on notary fees, as well as on subsequent amendments to the articles of association. In addition to executing the deed of incorporation and opening a VAT number, it is of course also necessary to register with the Companies Register. While an ordinary SRL is subject to stamp duties and registration fees, simplified SRLs are exempt from these charges. In recent years, the age limit for establishing this type of SRL has also been abolished (it was initially reserved for individuals under 35 years of age).
