My approach has always been to encourage young people to put themselves out there. In other words, they shouldn't give up at the first hurdle. In other words, they must absolutely keep going despite the vicissitudes that have occurred, i.e., times have been difficult, but they must continue to put themselves out there so that their dreams can come true, because it is not easy. I tried to recreate the atmosphere of the past, when entrepreneurs would host their accountants in their companies to discuss how to manage the business. There was a very close ethical and professional relationship between the two, based on mutual trust: the entrepreneur knew he could rely on the accountant's professionalism, and the accountant was aware of the important role he played, thanks to his skills."
“The Accountants must return to being business consultants, offering assistance in business management, must propose concrete solutions to improve the efficiency of the company,” concludes Gullì, explaining the vision he applies to his work.
