The 2024 edition of Best in Class came to a close on May 14 in Cernobbio, with the award ceremony for the winners in their respective categories and areas of expertise.
“Best in class” is the result of a partnership between Euroconference and TeamSystem, with the support of Forbes, and aims to promote and reward the 100 most outstanding Italian accountants and labor consultants. STUDIO GULLI' is not among the winners, but this year we are among the honorary guests and close to being nominated, which is gratifying. My approach has always been to encourage young people to put themselves out there. In other words, they shouldn't give up at the first hurdle. In other words, they must absolutely keep going despite the vicissitudes that have occurred, i.e., times have been difficult, but they must continue to put themselves out there so that their dreams can come true, because it is not easy. We know this well: curiosity is part of being human, reinventing oneself day after day, because one must not remain static, one must

“My priority,” continues Tina Gullì, "was to break away from the mold of the tax accountant, who ends up playing the role of a vampire who steals money, never satisfied, paid to pay taxes. I tried to recreate the atmosphere of the past, when entrepreneurs would host their accountants in their companies to discuss how to manage the business. There was a very close ethical and professional relationship between the two, based on mutual trust: the entrepreneur knew he could rely on the accountant's professionalism, and the accountant was aware of the important role he played, thanks to his skills."
“The Accountants must return to being business consultants, offering assistance in business management, must propose concrete solutions to improve the efficiency of the company,” concludes Gullì, explaining the vision he applies to his work.
